The origin of CRPG

Derive from personal computer and other home computers, the wide video game occurred. The same as other role playing game, both them use same technical methods and share the same defining characteristics. Nonetheless, in some aspects, general tendencies also make them distinct from role playing games. The original computer role playing games were influenced by early role-playing games especially dungeons and dragons. In spite of the different styles and variety of character features, the computer role playing games have some elements in common. The most representative characteristics are the avater which can determine game outcomes instead of the gamers’ own skills through the process of the game.
